Unlikely: Missing a pill as you describe would not interfere with the effectiveness of your bcp in preventing pregnancy. BUT, being on pill is not foolproof. Best to do home pregnancy test on first morning urine. If neg, repeat in 7-10 days. If both neg, then unlikely you are pregnant. Continue your BCP as scheduled. If still no period by next cycle, see your gyn provider. Hope this was helpful.
