Had sex on the last day before my second pack of birth control pills started and i got my period on time but it was 3 days and light and on the third day i was wiping brown. could i be pregnant? or is it the birth control pills changing my period? i start

Not likely pregnant: If you were compliant with taking the pills and had sex when you did, pregnancy is unlikely. That is the point of birth control pills. Not that it is 100% effective, all the time but it works well if you take it every day as scheduled. Yes, it will also decrease the amount and duration of bleeding.

Could b: Take a test. It is common for periods to be irregular after stopping birth control but take a test to be sure.
