When i was young, gone twice a year to eye doctor for exams. wasn't able to look up or down or right or left is ok... why i have problems looking?

Probably Duane's: You have a congenital problem with eye motility and from the description, it sounds like Duane's syndrome which you could look up on Google. This is a condition at birth in which eye motion to one side is limited and there are several other co problems of eye motion depending upon which type you have (there are several). You could of course ask the ophthalmologist who took/takes care of you.

Had full eye exam including dilation 4 dats ago. All is well. I have chronic dry eye for years. Today left eye vision is cloudy. I put drops in but not helping. Doc isnt open until Monday. Any idea what this is? Vision is ok.
