Rosacea: I am not familiar with this treatment for rosacea. Topical Metronidazole remains the gold standard.

Yes: Oxytetracycline is an antibiotic used to treat skin conditions such as acne. It is not the best choice to treat rosacea. Omeprazole is used to decrease stomach acidity. It is not usually used to treat rosacea. You can combine the two.
