Certainly: Allegra (fexofenadine) is an antihistamine used to treat allergies and Omeprazole is a proton-pump inhibitor used to treat acid reflux. They are safe to take together. You probably want to space them out a little, though. Omeprazole should be taken on an empty stomach.
