Have a urinary catheter i have to keep in for a week. in the tube my urine looks yellow but in the bag it looks orange.

Normal: Urine can look all different shades of yellow and orange depending upon your hydration. Often the bag urine will look different colored be caused it is a large quantity of urine. Also depends the background...put the tube or bag up against a white background to get the true color. Also some medications (pyridium) can make your urine different colors. I think everything you are describing is normal
