Get it checked: There are many things that can present this way. The most common cause is a enlarged salivary gland called a mucocele. These are benign and fairly easy to treat. Have your dentist take a look and get you on the road to treatment. Dont pinch it anymore or try to drain it yourself, that will just make it harder for the dentist to treat.
