Jaundiced?: Yes, they may cause these symptoms, but usually only with jaundice (itching is associated with higher bilirubin levels). If a gallstone gets into your bile duct, it can become occluded, causing pain, jaundice, and sometimes itching. Regardless, if your symptoms persist, see your doctor.
