I'm 33 weeks pregnant, and have had a migrain for 3 days. i have taken tylonal every 4 hrs, and it hasn't helped at all. bp is 112/69 can i take aleve (naproxen)?

No: Aleve, ibuprofen and other NSAIDs can have a cardiovascular effect on your baby in the third trimester and it may also reduce your amniotic fluid. You could try a good dose of caffeine with your next tylenol (acetaminophen). 300mg or about 12 oz of good brewed coffee should help, if not you may have to call your OB and see if he/she would offer something else. Most OB's have an answering service.

Short term yes: You may take NSAIDS short term for one to two days. They do increase the bleeding risk so if there are any complications the risk goes up.
