Plugged ear from using a nettypot ?

More complicated: If you used a neti pot, I assume you have an upper respiratory infection? This may be the cause of your congested ear. It's possible fluid from your irrigation entered the eustachian tube and found its way into your middle ear. In either case, you have otitis media now. If it hurts or you have fever, it may be infected & require attention. Otherwise, all you can do is wait it out. Good luck!
