Just take a test: The Dettol method involves mixing your urine in household bleach. It would be much easier and much more accurate to simply take a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. If you are pregnant then you need to see a doctor to make sure it is not an ectopic pregnancy. Pregnancies with Mirena (levonorgestrel) are quite rare but when they do occur the risk of tubal pregnancy is 25%
