When i breathe in deeply i get an achy pain where my diaphragm roughly is. i feel lethargic and achy all over i have a cough aswell, what could it be?

R/O PLEURITIS : PLEURITIS=inflammation of the lining of the lung and Pericarditis = inflammation of the lining of the heart can both cause referred shoulder pain. As well as a PE=Lung blood clot.
