Z Pack: is obviously useful ONLY if the infection is bacterial! High fever in 4 year olds is often VIRAL! It may not be FLU ......another virus is just as likely Treatment by your PEDIATRICIAN is necessary! Call whoever is on-call before Holiday tomorrrow! Hope this helps Dr Z
