Why does my shoulder hurt every time i cry?

Nonspecific : There is probably some sort of excess muscle use in this area when crying ", but no specific diagnosis that relates the two. Hope this helps!

Wish you don't cry!: It is probably because of Muscle Tension. The Muscles of neck and Upper back go into Spasm from too much emotional stress Try taking deep relaxing breath and think of pleasant things, get away from the distressed situation even for a short while, and remind yourself this too shall pass:-)
