Thoracic outlet syn?: If this is a recurring symptoms, this can be a manifestation of neuro or vascular thoracic outlet syndrome, assuming you are healthy. If this is a single episode, it is probably a compression neuropathy and self limiting. I don't know if I am answering it correctly but without knowing more information, it it difficult to answer. Good luck!

Hard to say: Without more information. I'm not exactly sure what "restlessness" refers to. Does that mean pins and needles or spasms or something else? Without having a better understanding it's hard to guide you through this. Possibly you slept in the "wrong" position and with a short period of time and possibly stretching your arm out it will resolve. Otherwise if very bothersome seek help.

Non specific: It seems what you are describing is not a pain but rather restlessness or other discomfort that you are not able to describe adequately. Since it is something bothering you so much, I would recommend you see your family physician who will be able to better figure out the nature of your discomfort. It could be a number of major and minor conditions.
