Just observe: At this stage, it is better to leave that site alone and check in a week or so to see if there is anything there. If the bump doubles in size, then it would warrant seeing your doctor.

TimeForSomeDuctTape: It's most likely a clogged gland. There are tiny glands in the eyelid that help lubricate the eye. Sometimes a duct can get clogged and then the gland will swell. Early on they are felt but not really seen. If it bothers you going forward, see an opthalmologist.
