See ophthalmologist: Bumps on the eyelid are usually an infection in a gland of the eyelid and are called a stye or hordeolum which can be external or internal. A chronic form of this is known as a chalazion. Small benign growths such as papillomas or other types of infection can occur in the eyelid. I would see an ophthalmologist to clarify the diagnosis and get treatment.
