One hand that is freezing most of the time. Last spring i had a raynauds type problem with my middle finger of the left (same) hand. Is this related?

What can microhaemorrhages on nailfold capillaroscopy indicate? I had them on 3 fingers. I also have Raynauds, fatigue, aches, rashes, fever/chills. I don't use power tools or have hand trauma (doc asked me this) Thanks?
Would a top rheumatologist be able to determine if you had raynauds if the process happened I n front of him and wiould raynauds be considered primsry if nail capillaries remained normal since checking at checkups last two years?
When shoveling snow or out in cold weather my fingers get cold & hurt. When I get inside and use warm water its better. They may be red from the cold but not white or blue. Is this raynauds or just normal from the cold and maybe wrong gloves?
