Get help: Bulimia like most eating disorders require a therapist or mental health professional to manage the underlying reasons for the condition. If the vomiting is severe resulting in dehydration, a MD in the ER can use medication to stop it. Please, "purge" your thoughts of helplessness, and make an appointment with a therapist soon.
