Constipation: Hemorroids are enlarged veins at he anal cansl and most commonly occur from straining due to constipation. They also cam occur during pregnancy. Avoiding straining or sitting at the toilet too long. Avoid constipation. Warm bath soaks can help. Sometimes minor surgery is needed if recurrent discomfort & bleeding.
