Pregnancy: If you have unprotected sex with vaginal intercourse, there is a chance of pregnancy, even if you pull out before orgasm. If there was no vaginal intercourse and the only concern is exposure on the skin away from the vagina, then there is no risk of pregnancy. If you do not wish to be a parent, use a contraceptive.
