Red grapes: The skin of red grapes are an excellent source of resveratrol known to raise HDL. Also walnuts, almonds, pistachios can raise HDL. If you are a smoker, quitting smoking can also raise HDL. If you have high triglyceride and low HDL on combination, a low glycemic index diet will also raise HDL. Daily aerobic exercise will raise HDL as well.
