Forget about it!: It is unlikely that you inhaled any of the insects. Even if you did it will not do you any harm.

Flies: Whether flies or small insects fly into your mouth or nose, you can usually feel a sense of irritation. If you swallowed one, it would be killed by acids in the stomach.
