Possibly related: It is possible that the two things are related. Are you having a lot of stress? That can cause stomach irritation and elevate the blood pressure. Has your diet changed. If you are eating more salt or drinking alcohol those can cause elevated blood pressure. Work with your doctor to get your BP down and try adding a probiotic and changing your diet to work on the nausea.
