Needs.follow.up : The vast majority of lung cancer is linked to exposure to tobacco either active or passive while.it is reassuring that you have never smoked you will need follow.up atudies.to be sure the infiltrate goes away which.is the only way to be sure it is.nothing to worry about

Infiltrate: Doubtful but possible. Sounds more like Pneumonia. Treatments up to this point? See your physician or perform a Virtual Consult for treatment.
