A member asked:

Is "i can't believe it's not butter" spray good for those on a diet?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It isn't bad: Butter substitutes really aren't going to hurt you. They are low in calorie, so if you generally use a lot of real butter in your cooking, they may help to reduce the overal calorie to reach your goal.
