Premature ejaculatio: I suspect that your friend purchased this spray due to either real or perceived premature ejaculation. I was unable to determine the ingredients of (presumably) his exact spray (so I can't comment on potential harm) but it most likely contains some topical anesthetic or numbing agent, which may decrease sensation for both him & partner. Search this website for other options including SSRIs.
