Viral illness. : All of your symptoms are screaming viral illness. It's likely to evolve, perhaps to include other symptoms. It's not entirely uncommon to have respiratory and gastrointestinal symptoms with the same syndrome. Get rest and lots of fluids. Take care of yourself. The worst will likely be over in 4-5 days. Good luck! Don't worry!
