I woke up today with a bad headache, i still have it, how do you know if its just a headache or if it means its something serious going on?no fever,ive been congested for a couple of wks and was sneezing all day yesterday,not doing that today?

Here are some red flags that could mean it’s serious: Headache occurs only during the night or upon waking, or came on like a “thunderclap”, or is associated with severe nausea/vomiting, vision changes, weakness or numbness. From what you’ve said, it sounds more like you have a viral illness so you’re probably OK! :)
