Current literature reports that majority of men "remain fertile.".

Autosomal dominant: Adults with polycystic kidney disease are usually fertile unless they are have kidney failure. Genetically it's an autosomal dominant condition which means that every one of his offspring live or future has a 50% chance of having the condition.
