Most likely..: This is most likely relate to contact dermatitis which is a skin reaction to a foreign agent, in this case, the ink used to make the tattoo.This can be treated with topical steroids like hydrocortisone.However, it would be better if a medical provider takes a look at it to make a final diagnosis. It is worrisome if it is painful, red, hot or there is suppuration. In that case you need to see a dr.
