Get re-examined.: First of all, congratulations for being the first person to remove their own ovary! :) Secondly, if the ovary was removed the cyst could not come back. You may have other things going on from the surgery or another problem altogether. You may need further testing, like an ultrasound or CT scan. Go back and see your OB/GYN.
