As prescribed by Dr: In my experience, Suboxone can be safely co-administered with commonly prescribed blood thinners such as aspirin, heparin, plavix, (clopidogrel) xarelto, warfarin, pradaxa, etc. One should always consult the prescribing physician in such circumstances as there may be other factors to consider.
