Likely unrelated: Your cramps are unrelated to the age of her son. However, the age of your son is reflective of your age. Your uterus and reproductive health are completely different in your late 30s, than in your 20s. Discuss this with your gynecologist to ensure that it is not reflective of any underlying problems.
