Drop in blood pressu: your blood pressure is dropping when you stretch, causing an alteration in vision. Either your blood pressure is low to begin with, or you may have a conditiion in which too much of your blood is going to your arms when you stretch, subclavian steel. I would talk to your primary doc about it.
