Will an ulcer(6mnth nsaids) ever completely heal and no longer be a problem or will i always have to live with food/lifestyle restrictions and pain???

Ulcer: This depends upon numerous factors; location of ulcer, whether you are Helicobacter pylori positive, whether there are endocrine abnormalities leading to excessive acid secretion, and others. Generally your doctor can sort this out although you may need referral to a GI specialist. The short answer is that this is usually effectively treated and will not persist.
