I am 45 and i have sarcoidosis i also have other serious health issues, is it safe to say that i will have heart failure in the end?

Depends: Sarcoidosis involving the heart is diagnosed in 5% of patients clinically and can cause arrhythmias and dysfunction of the left ventricle. When indicated Prednisone is used for cardiac involvement. You don, t mention the other serious illnesses but they could be more serious for you than just the sarcoidosis.

No: Sarcoidosis is much more likely to cause a lung problem than a heart problem. Also you are assuming your disease cannot be controlled and that is also not likely to be true. Work with your doctors - this is a common disorder.
