Don't squeeze it! : Let it drain in its own. You can use warm compresses to to help decompress it naturally. Continue taking what your doctor prescribed too.

Don't squeeze it!: Venous blood and funds around the eyes and upper face drain back towards the cavernous sinus behind the eyes just inside the brain cavity. If bacteria travel into the sinus you could get a BAD infection which could lead to serious complications. Continue the antibiotics, consider doubling the dose for a few days. Warm compresses are a good idea. If it doesn't slowly resolve, ophthalmologist!
