Two periods a month: Always check a pregnancy test because some women can have spotting, even bleeding like a period, in early pregnancy - so if your bleeding pattern seems abnormal it is important to check for possible pregnancy. As you are doing, it is very good to track your periods on a calendar or App, very helpful to the doctor.

Probably normal: Since cycle length is counted from the first day of one period to the first day of the next and normal cycle length ranges from 21-35 days, it is normal to occasionally have 2 periods in one month. That said, if your period is abnormal and you are having unprotected intercourse, a pregnancy test is always a good idea.
