If severe - see doc: Your temperature is normal. Headaches and nausea can accompany a number of illnesses. It may be something mild and you may feel better with some Tylenol (acetaminophen). The severity of the headache can be a guide for you. If this is unlike any headache you have had in the past then you may need to see someone right away. If it is more or a 'normal' headache then you are probably coming down with something.
