Acute illness: Either a flu-like illness or you are having something more serious. Since would need more history and a physical exam and possibly labs cannot diagnose this long distance. If you are having changes in mentation, stiff neck, or any other symptoms suggest you go to an ER and get evaluated. Hope this helps
