Anxiety & Depression: Those symptoms may be connected to anxiety and/or depression. However, they can also be symptoms of numerous medical concerns (i.e. - thyroid irregularities). I would recommend consulting with a physician as soon as possible and then seeking a referral to a psychotherapist (practicing cbt or act) if the he cannot identify a physiological cause. The therapist may also recommend a psychiatrist.

Could be...: Yes they can be, but they can also be symptoms of other things. First step should be visit to pcp to rule out medical causes. Are you feeling anxious? These are also symptoms of depression, with or without anxiety. If you have ruled out medical, you might ask for a referral to a therapist, who can talk with you about what is going on and make recommendations for talk therapy or maybe meds.
