A member asked:

Hi, i have tested my prolactin level and it came as 20. do i need to worry about it. what is the normal range? how much high level can cause concerns ?

Normal: normal prolactin is 5-20 ng/ml. Concern is raised when levels are markedly high and/ or there is a compatible clinical syndrome such as hypogonadism, infertility, galactorrhea, visual field loss, etc.
