See below: Burning while urinating indicates a urinary tract infection but certainly could also be a symptom of vaginitis. This could be caused by yeast or other organisms and needs to be diagnosed and treated. Menstrual clots are normal for many women, but they can also signal changes that may or may not be significant. I would suggest to see a physician for both conditions.
