Abd pain: You need to see your doctor asap to check you. There are several possibilites e.g. appenicitis that need to be ruled out and if you cannot see your doctor, go to the ER.

Needs to be checked: You have intense pain in right of abdomen associated with nausea and dizziness You should go to ER and get it checked We can not tell you what is your problem.We don't know your age and your past history You may be having Gall Bladder attack or chance of Appendicitis Get it checked asap
