Abdominal Pain: So many possible causes. There are actually whole books about abd pain. Stomach flu, gastritis, constipation, gallbladder. Pain for several days sounds OK unless the pain is terrible. If the pain resolves then there isnt much to worry about. At your age most causes are not major.
