Yes: You can wear a knee sleeve as it may help a bit w/ the swelling and giving you some support( really it may improve proprioception).However you need to be examined by an orthopedist for definitive diagnosis and treatment.If you are correct and have torn your meniscus cartilage it can lead to pain, swelling, locking and arthritic changes in your knee.best of luck!
