Is it possible that i damage a vaginial nerve because i can't put tampons up threr antimony it's been a yr. it's so stressful cause i don't know issue?

Tampon placement: Tampons are more easily inserted by placing a foot on a chair or toilet which shortens the distance to the vagina and makes it more accessible. The vagina is like Australia when lying down for tampon placement, "down under" not straight in. If you are still having problems and a sister or Mom can't assist you, then go see a MD at a clinic to see if there is a physical obstruction present.
