Fluid intake: Except for extreme circumstances, such as ultramarathon runners, long-distance hikers in extreme environments, or the mentally ill drinking constantly, it is difficult to drink too much liquid. Given normal kidney function, if you drink more than the recommended amount, you will just urinate more and get rid of the excess fluid. Not recommended, but in general will not hurt you. Good luck.
