Not yet: There are several studies to suggest that Ketamine is helpful in depression. There are no studies regarding the long term effects and safety of this drug. This medication has not yet been approved by the FDA for use in depression. You may want to check out clinicaltrials.gov to see about the studies taking place. Best wishes!
